A One-Of-A-Kind Experience in the Heart of Old Town Fort Collins

Join us at Fort Collins’ favorite common consumption area! The Exchange is the gem of northern Old Town, bringing together all the elements that make this town loved by so many. Here you will find a large, central plaza that provides a vibrant setting with patios, green spaces, indoor and outdoor dining, retail, and year-round activities. For those traveling by bicycle, The Exchange offers ample bike parking, a DIY bike service station, and connectivity to the Poudre Trail – a true bike destination!

Meeting up with friends but everyone wants food and drinks from a different vendor? No problem! At The Exchange, choice is paramount. Order what you want and meet your friends in the plaza where common seating eliminates compromise.

Please note that private events and outside food and drink are not allowed in the public plaza.

Common consumption defined: a designated area where patrons 21 years and older can enjoy alcoholic beverages from various liquor-licensed establishments in a common space.
