The Exchange is Uniquely Fort Collins

The Exchange perfectly fits with the vibrancy and character of Old Town. The Exchange has revitalized the northern corner of Old Town and is now open!

The inviting open-air central plaza is canopied with strings of lights and community-style picnic tables surrounded by inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and beer served via Shipping Container Cars.

The perimeter of The Exchange includes restaurants, retail and creative office spaces.

The Exchange connects the entrepreneurial spirit of Fort Collins to our love of bikes and the outdoors. Ample bike parking, a bike service station, and connectivity to the Poudre Trail make The Exchange a true bike destination.

Inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and beer is served via Shipping Container Cars. This innovative concept is new to Fort Collins and repurposes shipping containers to house small food vendors and bars.

Now Open!

The Exchange is locally owned and operated and committed to providing an experience that is distinct to our community.

Churn, the latest creation from Little Man Ice Cream, will be a flagship of the central quarter. Inspired by their original Denver concept, Churn will emphasize the food sensation that comes from enjoying homemade ice cream and hand crafted malts. Don’t miss their grand opening at The Exchange on October 27th starting at noon!

The Exchange has come to life in the plaza encompassed by College Avenue, Riverside Avenue, and Jefferson Street. This project revitalizes Old Town’s 200 block on North College to create an energetic gathering place.
