For real estate development and investment company, Brinkman, building the right tenant mix is the key to creating meaningful places. The newest concepts to join their Fort Collins portfolio include farm-to-table tacos, Korean barbecue and DIY wood sign workshops.

Within the newest community gathering place in Old Town Fort Collins, Brinkman has announced several new tenants that will add to the experiential restaurant and retail center. The Exchange, a redevelopment of the 200 block of North College Avenue, will now include a DIY wood sign workshop, a carry out and delivery chicken wing concept and the first brick-and-mortar location for one of the most popular food trucks in Fort Collins.
