Fort Collins food truck La Piadina to open new location at The Exchange

Apparently, Menyus Borocz just can’t get enough of metal boxes.

Borocz, who opened his Italian flatbread food truck, La Piadina, in Fort Collins six years ago, recently secured a space in Old Town’s shipping-container-flanked courtyard, The Exchange. 

As early as mid-August, Borocz plans to open La Piadina’s new, set location in one of The Exchange’s trendy metal shipping container units. Current neighbors include a florist, fried chicken stand, taco spot, doughnut shop and winery.

“I’ve been joking that we’re moving from a metal truck to a metal container,” Borocz said, standing in the bare-bones, 220-square-foot unit Friday afternoon.
